Notre Dame Cathedral Paris Lost! What it meant to me

The Notre Dame Cathedral was mostly destroyed on April 15, 2019. Aaron has traveled to France multiple times for travel, holidays, and for work and always made it a point to stop by the cathedral to enjoy its glorious splendor. Built in the 12th and 13th centuries, it is one of the most impressive examples of gothic architecture in the world. Millions of people walked through it every year but none could ever imagine watching it burn. Fortunately, the stone structure was saved and some of the religious artifacts and relics were recovered by incredibly brave fire crews.

If you ever thought about taking a trip to France, do. It’s a gorgeous country worth the effort.
