Mountaineering Training Running Cold Fingers #shorts

Are you willing to sacrifice for the things you want? Are you willing to get up before sunrise and run while your fingers are freezing, you are hungry, and you’d rather be back in bed. That’s exactly what mountaineering is like. Getting up at 2am and start climbing at 3am. It’s not easy but you can do it if you really want to.
I’m running on ice in the dark and didn’t want to slip and fall. I have a special addition I’ve made to my running shoes for this. Check out the video below:
