Cheget Russia: A hamlet in the Caucus Mountains

If you plan to climb Mt. Elbrus (5,642m), the tallest mountain in Europe, you will certainly visit and stay in Cheget, Russia. This little mountain hamlet is situated near the end of the valley at the base of Mt. Elbrus in the Caucus Mountains.
